Dương Đông town is the busy centre — night market, cheap guesthouses, motorbike rentals — a base for supplies rather than a beach at the door. Long Beach (Bãi Trường) runs 20 km down the west coast: the north end near town is walkable with hostels and beach bars, the south turns to quiet luxury resorts.
