A Sun World mountain resort at about 1,400 metres above Đà Nẵng, on the site of a French hill station from the early twentieth century. The Golden Bridge — a walkway held up by two giant stone hands, opened in 2018 — is the best-known photo stop; the site is reached by cable car and the top runs much cooler than the coast.

The Marble Mountains
Five limestone and marble outcrops south-east of Đà Nẵng, named after the five elements. Only Thuỷ Sơn, the largest, is open to visitors: a stairway of over 150 steps leads up to pagodas and cave shrines, with a lift as the alternative. Stone-carving workshops line the road at the foot of the hills.
