Trip2VN provides travel information and a trip-planning and booking-arrangement service for Vietnam: destination guides, curated directories of stays, dining, tours and experiences, and tailor-made itineraries prepared by our specialists. Editorial content is provided free of charge for personal, non-commercial use.

Submitting an enquiry through the site does not create a booking or any payment obligation. A booking is formed only when you confirm a written quote and pay the deposit it specifies. Bookings are governed by our Booking & Cancellation Policy and by the specific terms stated in your written quote, which together form part of your contract with us.

We publish only information we can stand behind: no invented ratings, no fabricated reviews, no AI-generated photographs presented as real places. We update content continuously, but Vietnam moves quickly; opening hours, prices and conditions can change between our checks. Editorial content is guidance, not a contractual promise. The contents of your written quote are the binding description of any trip you book.

You agree not to misuse the site. In particular, you must not:

• scrape, harvest or bulk-download our content or data;
• probe, breach or test the security of the site or its infrastructure;
• use our content to train commercial AI systems without our prior written permission;
• submit false enquiries, impersonate others, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

The content, design, photography and branding of trip2vn.com belong to Trip2VN or its licensors and are protected by law. You are welcome to share links to our pages. Republishing, reproducing or adapting our content, in whole or in part, requires our prior written permission.

Trips arranged through Trip2VN are fulfilled with the help of carefully selected local suppliers: hotels, transport providers, guides and venues. The site may also link to third-party websites. Third parties operate under their own terms and policies, which we encourage you to read. Where we arrange third-party services as part of your trip, the responsibilities set out in your written quote and our Booking & Cancellation Policy apply.

The site and its editorial content are provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by Vietnamese law, we exclude liability for loss arising from reliance on editorial content, from events outside our reasonable control, and for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, and nothing reduces the specific commitments we make in a written quote for a booked trip.

How we collect and use personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the competent courts of Hanoi, Vietnam. We would rather resolve any problem directly: please contact us first, and we will make a serious effort to put things right.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date of the current version appears at the top of this page, and material changes will be flagged on the site. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
