Minor Hotels has entered a management agreement with Trading Construction Works Organization to operate Avani+ Hanoi, according to TTG Asia. The new-build hotel will offer 310 rooms in Bạch Mai Ward and is scheduled to open in 2028.
Integration with Hinode City Lifestyle Precinct
The hotel forms part of a mixed-use development anchored by Hinode City, a new lifestyle mall. The surrounding complex also includes 1,099 residential and serviced apartments.
