Day by day

Day 1
Journey to Mai Châu, meet your hosts
Your driver will pick you up from your Hà Nội hotel around 8:00 AM. We travel west towards Hòa Bình Province. The drive takes about 3.5 hours, with a comfort stop. Arrive in Mai Châu around midday. You will meet your host family in a White Thái village. Share a traditional lunch with them. In the afternoon, explore the village on foot. Learn about their daily routines and observe local crafts. Enjoy a home-cooked dinner and stay overnight in their stilt house.
Day 2
Hands-on weaving, farming, and farewell
Wake up to the sounds of village life. After breakfast, join a local artisan to learn traditional Thái weaving. You will try your hand at the loom. Then, head to the fields to help with farming tasks. This might include planting, harvesting, or tending crops. Share a final lunch with your host family. Say goodbye to the village. Your driver will take you back to Hà Nội. You will arrive in the city around 5:00 PM.
