How listing works
Our directories are curated. Listing is free and cannot be bought: editors select places on quality, character and reliability, and they remove places when standards slip. Commercial partnership relates to bookings we arrange together. It never affects whether you appear in our editorial content, or how prominently.
What we look for
- Consistent quality, in the product and in the service.
- Honest pricing and honest availability.
- Proper licensing, safety standards and insurance.
- Fair treatment of staff.
- Responsible practices toward the environment and the local community.

A note on the Trip2VN Guide
The Trip2VN Guide assessment is administered independently by the Asia Awards Organization. Being a commercial partner of Trip2VN gives no advantage in the assessment, and declining to partner carries no penalty. Stars cannot be bought, at any price.
