• Enquiry details: your name, email address, message, and any optional trip details you choose to share (dates, party size, interests, budget).
• Newsletter subscription: your email address, if you subscribe.
• Chat messages: what you write to us in the site chat.
• Technical data: anonymised usage analytics via Google Analytics 4 (pages visited, approximate location, device type). We do not use analytics to identify you personally.

We use your data to answer your travel enquiries and prepare your quotes, to send the newsletter you asked for, to operate and secure the website, and to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own marketing.

To respond quickly, our team may use Google’s Gemini AI service to help prepare a draft reply to your enquiry. A member of our team always reviews and approves any reply before it is sent. No automated message is sent to you without human review, and no decision about you is made solely by automated means.

Your data is processed by a small number of established service providers acting on our instructions: Supabase (database hosting, Singapore), Vercel (website hosting), Resend (email delivery), and Google (analytics and AI-assisted drafting). Each is bound by its own data-processing commitments. Because some providers operate outside Vietnam, your data may be transferred internationally; we apply the safeguards required by Vietnamese law to any such transfer.

Enquiry data is kept for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, so that returning travellers do not have to start from scratch. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe; every newsletter contains a one-click unsubscribe link. Data we no longer need is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.

Under Vietnam’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 91/2025/QH15), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, write to privacy@trip2vn.com; we respond to every request and never charge for it.

All connections to the site are encrypted (HTTPS). Access to personal data is limited to team members who need it to do their jobs, protected by access controls and audit practices. Payment card details are handled exclusively by PCI DSS-compliant payment providers and never touch our systems. See our Payment Security page.

Trip2VN is intended for adults planning travel. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 16 without the consent of a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

When we change this policy, we update the date at the top of the page, and we flag material changes prominently on the site. We will never quietly weaken the commitments made here.
