How much time do I need in Đà Nẵng and Hội An?
4–5 days minimum — 2 days for Đà Nẵng (Mỹ Khê, Marble Mountains, Bà Nà), 2 for Hội An (old town, Mỹ Sơn day trip), 1+ extra for Sơn Trà or just to breathe.
Is Bà Nà Hills worth visiting?
The Golden Bridge photo is iconic, but the resort is crowded and pricey. Go early morning or during rain for fewer crowds and mist atmospherics.
How do I get from Đà Nẵng to Hội An?
It's ~30km south — 45 minutes by taxi, ride-hailing or rental motorbike. Buses also run every 30 minutes.
What's the best season?
April–September is warm but humid; September–December brings typhoons. January–April is ideal — warm, dry and clear.
Can I see both Hội An and Mỹ Sơn in one day?
Tight but doable — start early in Hội An (2–3h walk), drive 45min to Mỹ Sơn (2–3h tour), return by evening. Better to split into 2 days.
