Who runs it
Administered by the Asia Awards Organization
The assessment is administered by the Asia Awards Organization (AAO), an independent awards body with four years of experience running international hospitality awards, a jury of twenty international judges, and more than six hundred entries assessed each year. AAO operates separately from Trip2VN's commercial activities.
For businesses
There is nothing to apply for
There is no application form and no fee, because there is nothing to apply for. Establishments are found, visited and judged on what an ordinary guest experiences. If you believe your rating is wrong, you may request a review through the Contact page, and you will always be told the reasons behind it.
