Trip2VN
Payment security
Paying for a trip should be the least stressful part of planning it. This page explains exactly how payments to Trip2VN work, what protects your card details, and what to do in the unlikely event something looks wrong.
How payments work
Once you have confirmed your plan and quote in writing, your specialist sends a secure payment link issued by an established payment provider. You complete payment on the provider’s own secure page. Trip2VN never asks for card details by email, chat, phone or messaging apps. If anyone claiming to represent us does, stop and contact us through the website immediately.
Your card details never touch Trip2VN
Card information is entered directly on the payment provider’s systems and processed under PCI DSS, the international security standard for card payments. Trip2VN staff and Trip2VN servers never see, transmit or store your full card number. What we receive is confirmation that a payment succeeded, nothing more.
Encryption throughout
All pages on trip2vn.com and all payment pages are served over encrypted HTTPS connections. Look for the padlock icon and check that payment pages carry the payment provider’s own domain.
What you will always receive
- A complete written quote before any payment is requested.
- An invoice stating exactly what each payment covers.
- A receipt for every transaction, issued promptly after payment.
- A clear payment schedule, so you are never surprised by an unexpected charge.
Currencies
Quotes are issued in the currency shown on your quote. The website displays reference prices in VND, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, KRW, JPY, CNY, TWD and RUB for convenience; the charged amount and currency are always those stated in your written quote and invoice.
If something looks wrong
If you see a charge you do not recognise or receive a payment request that seems unusual, contact us through the Contact page before paying anything. We investigate every report, and where an error is ours, we correct it and refund promptly. You also retain all rights you have with your card issuer, including chargeback rights.
